Leading teams to solve complex problems.
Chris spent 17 years as a leader in the Australian Army, leading teams of 150+ people and implementing new technology in the field. He has brought regulated technology such as maritime vessels and uncrewed aerial systems to users, and managed a large, military capability project. He is an experienced change manager and a published author on experimentation.
Chris has acquired two businesses, which he still owns and operates. He has implemented training and development for staff, revitalised sales and operating processes, and increased revenue. Recently, one business grew its customer base by 47% in the first year under Chris' leadership.
Chris is a people-focused leader and problem solver, believing that great people, good processes and a sound strategy are always relevant. He is equally comfortable in boardrooms and blue collar workshops. He has advised organisations from small Australian businesses to the Headquarters of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva. In all these contexts, Chris is a trusted voice to leaders providing confidential and fearless advice.
